Feature: Sororities and Fraternities

 

If any of you were near the Student Union yesterday during the afternoon, you may have noticed all the sororities and fraternities outside. As I was taking my usual pictures I watched all of the individual sorority and fraternity separated into several movies such as the Hunger Games, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones. Others included Pirates of the Caribbean, Austin Powers, Harry Potter, and Twilight. It was easy to tell for even someone such as I, who has never been a part of any sorority, that these events were a really great way to get to know people better. Even if you don’t want to join a sorority or fraternity, looking into some of the clubs offered at UNLV might not be such a bad idea, especially since through these clubs you can make friends with similar interests! :)
